If it can still be traded, does that mean $BICO has passed? Binance added a monitoring tag to it today.

In an announcement on October 9, Binance named two assets: Biconomy (BICO) and Civic (CVC). Other services are unaffected. Binance will continue reviewing them, and they still risk being delisted if they fail to meet listing standards. The announcement gave no delisting date.

At 17:54 Beijing time, in Binance perpetual markets, BICO was down about 4.1% over the past 24 hours, and CVC was down about 10.8%. These figures cover the past 24 hours, including trading before the announcement. On their own, they don’t show who is selling, nor can the drops be attributed entirely to today’s announcement.

I’m not convinced that “still tradable” is proof of safety. A price rebound is just a price rebound; whether a project passes its next review depends on the outcome of that review. The monitoring tag may be added or removed later, depending on the review results.
