But does that mean the move is strong?
Not necessarily.
Before I trust a big Bitcoin move, I look at 3 things:
1. Price
Is BTC actually breaking an important level?
2. Volume
Is there real activity behind the move?
3. Open Interest
Are traders adding more leverage?
Price tells you what happened.
Volume tells you how much activity is behind it.
Open interest tells you how much leverage is sitting in the market.
You don't need 20 indicators.
