Saw PANews: Anthony Pompliano’s bitcoin treasury firm ProCap Financial officially becomes included in the Russell 2000 and Russell 3000—starting from the U.S. stock market open today—part of the FTSE Russell 2026 Q3 IPO addition of new constituents.
The company also said that starting tomorrow (September 22), it will be renamed to Silvia, Inc., and the ordinary shares ticker code will change from BRR to SVIA. Once the Nasdaq small-cap index adds it, passive capital pools will, in theory, pay attention to another segment.
