It's incredible how many things I've been able to read in the last few hours regarding Venezuela. I believe that many people don't know that I am from that beautiful country, where people get up every day to work and fight to see their dreams come true.
On January 3rd, we woke up to the news that the dictator Nicolás Maduro was taken away (yes, he is a dictator). So many criticisms about the U.S. only wanting Venezuela's oil may be true; however, within the country, there were already many allied countries of the regime that, together with them, were stealing that resource.
If you don't know, if you don't live the Venezuelan reality or have your eyes blinded by sensationalist news, it's better to get informed through someone who does live here and knows everything that happens in their country.
I think the only thing I can inform you is that we are fine and we will be better. #Venezuela
