Regarding the killing line, this is the most objective answer I've seen.
In theory, Chinese people going abroad do exist in the context of exploiting bugs. After receiving 9 years of compulsory education in English in China, they then enjoy the low tuition fees of public schools, and finally realize that foreign countries recognize domestic junior colleges, which can also be considered universities, thus meeting the minimum threshold for work visas.
In the end, when unemployed abroad, there is a whole bunch of Chinese communities and hometown assistance associations, making it convenient to change jobs.
