Arthur Hayes, co-founder of BitMEX, continued to withdraw ETH from his wallet in December and transfer them to exchanges. These movements lead investors to believe that he is selling ETH. The strategy may integrate a portfolio rebalancing plan that he has previously shared.
This activity occurs while his wallet registers significant changes. Currently, the portfolio has more stablecoins and significantly less ETH.
A recent report from Lookonchain, a dedicated account for monitoring relevant on-chain operations, revealed that Hayes sold another 682 ETH on Binance. The transaction was valued at approximately $2 million. He directed the capital to DeFi tokens.
