There is no evidence indicating that Do Kwon was arrested with 10,000 bitcoins in his rectum. However, the SEC (U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission) accused Do Kwon of transferring more than 10,000 bitcoins from the Terra project and cashing it out through a bank in Switzerland.
Do Kwon has acknowledged his mistakes in the fraud case related to the collapse of Terra and is prepared to face a sentence of up to 25 years in prison. He also agreed to pay a fine of $80 million and surrender assets worth $19 million. ¹ ²
