Bessent cannot tolerate such a China?

When he saw that China's trade surplus reached $1.08 trillion in the first 11 months, U.S. Treasury Secretary Bessent immediately became restless, unable to hide his inner anxiety and panic,

he said, "The U.S. cannot tolerate China having such a large trade surplus; China should work hard to increase domestic consumption."

Is this really offering us advice, or is it envy and jealousy?
