After reading Duan Yongping's settlement statement, I silently closed the account in my hand and fell into deep thought.
Starting with 2 million dollars, he now has 20 billion dollars. This is not investment, but clearly a dimensionality reduction strike.
Back then, when NetEase dropped to a few dimes as a 'junk stock', he dared to go all in, making over 100 million dollars in six months.
He then stealthily entered Apple in 2011, having an insight sharper than Buffett, who only belatedly entered the market in 2016.
The most ironic thing is that he was also active in the A-share market, throwing 100 million into Moutai in 2013, which has now turned into 2 billion yuan.
This performance is already top-tier in the domestic market, but compared to his 14 billion dollar earnings in the US stock market, it's simply a drop in the bucket.
We are in the mud, killing ourselves over a two-point rise and fall, while he casually casts his net in the ocean and has a fortune worth hundreds of billions.
