🚨🛡️ FED POLICY SHIFT & POWELL’S SIGNALS — WHAT CRYPTO TRADERS NEED TO KNOW (12/10/2025) The Federal Reserve delivered its third 25 bps rate cut of the year, but this time the message behind it has changed. Instead of committing to more easing, the Fed hinted that the pace of cuts may slow as it weighs cooling labor conditions against inflation that remains higher than desired. Starting December 12, the Fed will begin purchasing Treasury Bills and will inject around 40B into the system over the next month. While officials describe this as a routine adjustment, it effectively adds liquidity at a time when internal disagreement within the Fed is becoming more visible. That division surfaced openly as Schmid and Goolsbee opposed the rate cut, preferring no policy change. Meanwhile, Powell stressed that interest rates have moved into a “plausible neutral range,” suggesting the Fed may pause soon to re-evaluate its path. Rising goods inflation also complicates the picture, even though the economic outlook for 2026 has improved. For crypto markets, this dynamic creates a tricky but promising environment. Liquidity injections combined with policy uncertainty often lead to sharp price swings. If investors interpret the T-bill purchases as a subtle form of easing, major crypto assets like BTC, ETH, and BNB could benefit from renewed capital inflow — even if the Fed signals it might step back from further cuts for now. $BTC $BNB $ZEC
