2. How can a man have a physiological reaction under extreme tension when sensing that his life is in danger? To successfully extract semen in such a situation seems quite difficult, as that thing can get scared to impotence. I think if it were me, it might not work! Also, why would a rape case need saliva? Isn’t semen enough? So the saliva here might indicate that he actually kissed.
3. He mentioned a kidnapping case in South Africa over three days, and after giving his statement, he already knew there was a 99% chance the kidnappers wouldn't be caught! According to this reasoning, if the police know they can't catch them, wouldn’t the kidnappers also know they can't be caught? Plus, if he’s being threatened to not report the rape since they wouldn’t get caught anyway, there’s no need to threaten him not to report it.
