My Explanation About #PEPE‏

#Introduction

PEPE was launched with a fixed total supply of 420.69 trillion tokens (420,690,000,000,000 PEPE).

PEPE is an ERC-20 token on Ethereum, its supply was pre-minted at token creation (not “mined” like Bitcoin).

#Why the supply is so high?

Well ! “420” + “69” are meme numbers → fits the meme coin theme.

High supply means:

Price per token stays very low (good for meme hype)

New investors feel they can buy “millions of tokens” cheaply

It gives a psychological effect that people like

#Example:

Buying 10 million PEPE feels more exciting than buying 0.0002 BTC, even if the money value is same.

#Note :This helps PEPE grow faster.

#How the tokens were distributed At launch:

93.1% of supply went to liquidity pools

6.9% to a multi-sig wallet

0% to team wallets (as they claimed)

So most tokens are already in the market.

#Will PEPE supply increase?

No.

The contract does NOT allow minting new tokens

Supply can only go down (if tokens are burned)

Meaning PEPE is fixed supply

#Here is the Theory:

Imagine If MANY people buy PEPE and together they buy all 420.69 trillion tokens, here’s exactly what will happen — in simple terms:

🟩 1. Price will explode instantly

If buyers try to buy ALL tokens:

Liquidity becomes low

Sellers become few

Demand becomes huge

This causes:

🚀 Massive price jump

🚀 Rapid pump

🚀 Extreme volatility

Because everyone is competing to buy a limited supply.

🟩 2. Eventually no sellers → price hits crazy levels

If nobody wants to sell, but buyers still want to buy:

🔥 Price goes vertical

🔥 Exchanges show extreme spikes

🔥 Trades stop because no supply left

Even small buy orders push the price up 50–200%.

🟩 3. Even if one giant buyer tries to buy everything

A giant whale or fund trying to buy all PEPE would cause:

✔ Price to pump extremely fast

✔ Huge slippage

✔ Orders failing due to low liquidity

✔ Gas fees increasing on Ethereum

Example:

Trying to buy 1 trillion PEPE at once might increase the price by 20–50% instantly.
