Human beings have demonstrated an enormous capacity for resilience and adaptation throughout history. And that capacity can still surprise us. The publication of a series of photographs sponsored by the National Indian Foundation of Brazil reveals, for the first time, the face of the massaco, an uncontacted tribe that survives in the Amazon jungles.
The reality of isolated and uncontacted tribes
Brazil is home to a remarkable diversity of isolated and uncontacted tribes, especially in the Amazon region. According to the National Indian Foundation (FUNAI), there are at least 28 confirmed indigenous groups in voluntary isolation in the country. These communities live in a state of vulnerability due to deforestation, illegal mining, and agricultural expansion, which invade their territories and threaten their survival.#TrumpTariffs #BinanceAlphaAlert #BrasilDigital $BTC
