I'm using the "US Stocks MegaFest" trading app and hit a problem:

App shows 3 spins remaining
"GO" button won't click/respond
Spinner feature completely stuck
Network speed is slow (7.8KB/s) but connection seems okay

​⚠️ Beware of the Binance card: they hold your funds for phantom charges, and support just strings you along.
​I tried to pay for my subscription with my Binance card, but the transaction was declined. The problem is that right afterward, 22.30 USDT was deducted under the description “GOOGLE AMAZON MUSIC CR”—a charge I never made.
​When I checked my Google account, that Amazon charge wasn’t even in my history; the only record there was the declined payment for my subscription.
​I spoke directly with Google, and they confirmed in writing that the issuer had rejected the authorization from the outset and that they had never charged me anything. In other words, the fault lies 100% with Binance. Even though releasing the funds or issuing a refund should be straightforward with the evidence right there, the support team doesn’t resolve the issue and instead gives you the bureaucratic runaround: “wait up to 30 days for the charge to be canceled automatically.”

​What I had to do to corner them on this case:
​I asked Google for written confirmation that the payment had been declined and that there were no other charges.
​I sent it to Binance along with the exact order number.
​I managed to get them to acknowledge the review and add it to my case file.
