These Write to Earn Terms (these "W2E Terms") govern participation in the Write to Earn programme (the "Programme") on Binance Square and are supplemental to, form part of, and are subject to the Binance Terms of Use (the "Terms of Use") and the Binance Square Terms (the "Square Terms"). All terms and references used in these W2E Terms that are not defined herein shall have the meaning given to them in the Terms of Use or the Square Terms, as relevant. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these W2E Terms and the Square Terms or the Terms of Use as regards the Programme, these W2E Terms prevail.
1. THE PROGRAMME
1.1 Under the Programme eligible users who publish Qualifying Content (as defined below) on Binance Square ("Creators") may earn rewards comprising: (a) commissions on the trading fees generated by qualifying trades executed by certain users as a result of such Qualifying Content ("Trading Commissions"); (b) engagement-based rewards derived from genuine engagement generated by such content ("Engagement Bonuses"); and (c ) an additional bonus available to the top 100 creators in the livestream category, ranked by weekly Trading Commissions (“Livestream Bonus”)
1.2 The Programme is administered by Binance (acting through the Binance entity identified in the Square Terms ) ("Binance", "we", "our", "us").
1.3 Participation in the Programme is automatic. By publishing Qualifying Content on Binance Square, you are participating in the Programme and you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, accepted and will comply with all of the terms and conditions in these W2E Terms, the Square Terms and the Terms of Use (in each case as amended from time to time). Do participate in the Programme if you do not agree to any of these terms.
2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1 To participate in the Programme, you must (a) have completed identity verification (Know Your Client) in accordance with the Terms of Use; (b) have no unresolved violations on or in any way related to your Binance Account; and (c) not be a resident of, or otherwise located in, any jurisdiction in which the Programme is blocked or where participation would breach applicable law or a requirement of a regulator (each, an "Excluded Jurisdiction").
2.2 Eligibility is assessed continuously. You become ineligible to participate in the Programme, and will earn no further rewards from the date on which you cease to satisfy any eligibility condition (such conditions as may be determined by Binance from time to time in its sole discretion)..
3. QUALIFYING CONTENT
3.1 Only content published organically on Binance Square containing an embedded coin cashtag (e.g. $BTC) or trading widget counts as "Qualifying Content", comprising : (a) text content (short posts or long articles); (b) videos; (c) live streams; and (d) chats.
3.2 Without limitation, the following do not constitute Qualifying Content and generate no rewards: (a) content containing Quiz Red Packets; (b) spam or low-quality content, as reasonably determined by Binance in our sole discretion; (c) content deleted during the applicable commission settlement cycle; and (d) similar or duplicate content pieces, which will be counted as one post only.
3.3 Content associated with CreatorPad activities is excluded from the Programme; rewards for such content arise (if at all) under the CreatorPad terms and the CreatorPad incentive pool.
4. REWARDS
"Rewards" means the amounts distributed to eligible Creators under the Programme, comprising Trading Commissions, Engagement Bonuses and the Livestream Bonus. No other amounts are payable under the Programme. Rewards are not funded, sponsored or guaranteed by any third party, token issuer or project (unless expressly stated otherwise in respect to any specific Rewards from time to time), are not guaranteed as to amount or otherwise, and do not constitute, and are not calculated by reference to, any distribution of trading profits, dividends, interest or other investment return. Rewards are incentive payments from Binance for content creation and related engagement under the Programme.
4.1 Trading Commissions. Where a regular or VIP 1 or VIP 2 user clicks on the coin cashtag (e.g. $BTC) or trading widget embedded in your Qualifying Content and immediately completes a qualifying trade directly from that link or widget, you earn a commission equal to twenty percent (20%) of the Net Trading Fee for that trade. Only one Trading Commission is earned per trade. “Net Trading Fee” means the trading fee actually received by Binance on the qualifying trade , less (a) any discount, rebate or promotional reduction (including VIP and BNB discounts); (b) any referral commission or rebate payable to any other person; and (c) any refund, chargeback or reversal of the fee. For the avoidance of doubt, no Trading Commission accrues on a qualifying trade on which Binance receives no trading fee and no Trading Commission accrues where the user executing a trade is at VIP 3 or above. For Convert trades and other trades with no separately stated trading fee, the relevant fee for calculation of Trading Commission is determined on the estimation basis in Clause 4.5.
4.2 Livestream Bonus . Each week, the 100 Creators ranked highest by Trading Commissions earned on trades executed from links or widgets embedded specifically in livestreams may earn a Livestream Bonus calculated at an increased rate on those Trading Commissions as follows: an additional 30% of the Net Trading Fee for Creators ranked 1 to 30 (so 50% total), and an additional 10% for Creators ranked 31 to 100 (so 30% total). Ranking mechanics, tie-breakers and payment timing are as determined by Binance in its sole discretion from time to time.
4.3 Engagement Bonus. Your text-based Qualifying Content may earn an Engagement Bonus from a weekly reward pool. Any bonus is determined by Binance in its sole discretion, having regard to factors including the quality and volume of genuine engagement with your content (including comments, likes, follows and shares), weighted by engagement type and by the standing and activity of the engaging accounts. The Engagement Bonus is designed to reward content that drives genuine discussion. Engagement from non-genuine, coordinated, mechanical accounts or accounts that are related to you does not count. 4.4 Reward Windows. For each item of Qualifying Content, Trading Commissions accrue only on qualifying trades executed within seven (7) days of first publication of that relevant item of Qualifying Content and Engagement Bonuses are calculated only on genuine engagement with that item occurring within thirty (30) days of its first publication (“Reward Windows” and individually a “Reward Window”). Trades and engagement occurring after the end of an applicable Reward Window generate no Rewards. Each Reward Window runs continuously from first publication of the Qualifying Content and is not restarted by edits, republications, replays or similar.
4.5 Convert Instant trades. No separately stated trading fee is charged on Convert Instant trades. For the purposes of calculating Trading Commissions pursuant to these W2E Terms, and notwithstanding the definition of Net Trading Fee above, the Net Trading Fee on a Convert Instant trade is deemed to be 0.1% of the notional value of the conversion, as recorded by Binance at the time of execution (the "Estimated Fee"). The Estimated Fee is used solely to calculate Trading Commissions. It is not a fee charged to the user and does not represent any fee actually received by Binance on the trade. Convert trades other than Convert Instant trades earn no Trading Commission. "Convert Instant trade" means a Convert Instant Order (as described in the Convert Terms).
4.6 Payment. Rewards are calculated weekly (Monday 00:00 UTC to Sunday 23:59 UTC) and distributed in USDC to your Binance Account ordinarily by the following Thursday at 23:59 UTC. Binance may defer payment or Rewards where necessary to review suspected abuse or fraud, for compliance or legal reasons, or where your Binance Account is restricted or under investigation. Rewards are rounded to two decimal places. Weekly Rewards below 0.1 USDC will not be paid out and are reset to zero at the end of that week.
4.7 An item of Qualifying Content cannot earn Rewards under the Programme and under any other Binance campaign or promotion at the same time. Where Qualifying Content would qualify for more than one reward Binance will determine, in its sole discretion, which reward will be paid. If more than one reward is paid on an item of Qualifying Content, Binance may deduct the excess paid from future Rewards under the Programme.
4.8 Binance will use daily closing prices to calculate rewards, and Binance’s records of clicks, trades, engagement, prices and Reward calculations are conclusive evidence of the matters recorded and are final and binding in the absence of manifest error.
5. INELIGIBLE TRANSACTIONS AND ACCOUNTS
5.1 No Trading Commission will arise from: (a) trades executed by users who registered with Binance using a referral code or referral link (including under Referral Lite and Referral Pro); (b) trades in trading pairs on which no trading fee is charged; (c) trades executed by market makers or brokers; (d) trades executed via API; (e) trades between two stablecoins; (f) trades executed by any Binance Account belonging to you, under your control, or under the control of any person acting in concert with you; and (g) trades that do not satisfy the qualifying criteria as determined by Binance and updated from time to time.
5.2 Binance Accounts registered in breach of the Terms of Use (including bulk or automated registration, and multiple accounts held by the same person) and sub-accounts are not eligible to participate in the Programme or receive Rewards. . Market makers and brokers are not eligible to participate or receive rewards.
5.3 If Binance determines, acting reasonably, that you have breached these W2E Terms, the Square Terms, the Terms of Use, the Binance Square Community Guidelines or applicable law, or have otherwise sought to manipulate the Programme, Binance may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice: (a) exclude, discount, cancel, withhold or reduce any or all Rewards (including Rewards already credited); (b) recover any Rewards already paid, including by deduction from future Rewards or your Binance Account balances; (c) suspend or terminate your participation in the Programme and disqualify you from any future participation; (d) suspend, restrict or terminate your Binance Account in accordance with the Terms of Use; and (e) report to, and cooperate with, regulators or law enforcement in relation to your Binance Account and conduct in relation to it. This Clause applies in particular to non-genuine engagement (including purchased, coordinated or automated engagement), self-trading and any other manipulation of Rewards. Remedies under this clause may be applied prospectively or retrospectively.

6. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
6.1 You must not, in connection with the Programme:
(a) engage in, promote, facilitate or induce market manipulation of any kind, including pump-and-dump schemes, malicious hyping, wash trading, matched trading, self-dealing, spoofing or other practices intended to create false or misleading prices, volume, liquidity, demand or appearance of activity;
(b) promote, recommend, endorse or induce trading in any digital asset whose value you (or an affiliate, related party or acting-in concert person) are positioned to benefit from by inducing readers to trade, including assets you hold beyond ordinary portfolio holdings, assets you are distributing, selling or exiting, or assets whose issuance, promotion or liquidity you are involved in arranging ;
(c) publish content that fails to disclose, prominently and clearly, your material financial interest in assets the subject of your content where you hold, hold positions in, or receive payments or benefits in connection with such assets, including rewards earned under the Programme itself;
(d) represent yourself as providing financial, investment or trading advice, or give instructions to viewers or followers on how to trade;
(e) manufacture, coordinate, purchase or otherwise artificially generate engagement, including engagement rings, like-for-like and follow-for-follow groups, bulk-registered, alternate or sockpuppet accounts, engagement from accounts linked to you by master account, shared or related devices, IP addresses or fund flows, abnormally high-frequency or mechanical activity, scripted or programmatic engagement, or engagement not supported by genuine reading behaviour;
(f) rely on a fixed group of readers to trade across one or more settlement periods to generate rewards;
(g) self-deal by earning commissions on your own trades or the trades of accounts under your control;
(h) tamper with, interfere with, reverse engineer or circumvent Binance's systems, program code, tracking, attribution or anti-abuse mechanisms; or
(i) breach these W2E Terms, the Binance Square Community Guidelines, the Square Terms or the Terms of Use.
6.2 Conduct under 6.1(a) or (b) may also constitute market abuse or unlawful conduct under applicable law. Binance may report, suspend, freeze, or refer such conduct to regulators or law enforcement without notice to you, in accordance with the Terms of Use.
7. ANTI-ABUSE MONITORING AND ENFORCEMENT
Binance operates monitoring, detection and anti-abuse systems over content, clicks, trades and engagement, using account linkage analysis (including master accounts, related devices, IP addresses and fund-flow linkage), behavioural analysis, engagement authenticity scoring and trading-pattern surveillance. Binance may use the results of any such monitoring to inform its determinations and remedies under Clause 5.3.
8. TAX
Rewards are payment for participation in the Programme and may constitute taxable income in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining and discharging any tax liabilities arising from Rewards. Binance may make tax reporting, withholding or deduction where required by applicable law, and may require information from you for that purpose.
9. NO ADVICE; NO GUARANTEE
The Programme does not constitute financial, investment or trading advice, nor a recommendation by Binance to trade any digital asset. Binance does not endorse nor have any obligation to review any of the Qualifying Content. Participation does not guarantee any Rewards or other earnings. Rewards depend on reader behaviour, market conditions and Binance's assessment of content and engagement quality, and may be zero in any given week.
10. AMENDMENT, SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
10.1 Binance may amend, suspend, discontinue or terminate the Programme, these W2E Terms or any published Programme rules at any time, at its sole discretion, and for any (or no) reason. Amendments take effect when the amended W2E Terms are published on Binance's website. Other amendments will take effect on publishing to the Programme page, unless the amendment states a later effective date. Continued participation after an amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of it; if you do not accept it, you must stop participating.
10.2 Binance may suspend or discontinue the Programme in any jurisdiction, or for any participant, where necessary to comply with applicable law or the requirements of any regulator.
10.3 Binance's interpretation of the Programme is final and binding, save in the case of manifest error and subject to applicable law.
10.4 If any provision of these W2E Terms is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a court or other competent authority, that provision is severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder continues in full force. Binance may replace the severed provision with a valid provision that most closely reflects its original intent.
11. ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
11.1 You acknowledge that: (a) (a) Rewards are calculated by Binance's systems and, in accordance with Clauses 4.8 and 11.3, Binance's records and interpretation are final and binding, save in the case of manifest error; (b) the Programme is promotional in nature; participation, and the calculation and payment of Rewards, are discretionary, and no Reward is guaranteed as to amount or availability; (c) Rewards are paid in USDC.Binance does not guarantee the value of USDC, which may fluctuate and may not maintain parity with the US dollar;
and (d) digital asset prices are volatile and you are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
12. DISPUTES, GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION AND ARBITRATION
13.1 The clauses relating to Notice of Claim - Negotiation, then Arbitration; Agreement to arbitrate; Governing law; and Class action waiver of the Terms of Use shall apply to any disputes or claims relating to, arising out of or in connection with these W2E Terms (being supplemental to the Binance Square Terms), including your assent to these W2E Terms.

Binance Square is running a creator campaign with Nillion on CreatorPad, focused on Nillion's core product Covenants and its first release, Dusk. Eligible creators who complete simple tasks of follow, post once and share NIL trade, can enter to split 344,100 in NIL rewards, with additional 114,800 in NIL pools for top PNL performers.

In 2026, the award will recognize a total of 100 creators across multiple categories.
Who can participate?
The campaign is open to the global Binance community. Anyone can submit public nominations (including self-nominations), and any Binance verified user can vote during the community voting stage. However, the campaign may not be available in every region — eligibility depends on your country or region of residence.
Is the campaign available in my region?
The nomination and voting features may not be available in all regions, and the list of eligible regions may be updated periodically at Binance's discretion. If the campaign is unavailable in your region, you will not be able to participate. Please check the event page for the most up-to-date availability.

How many creators will be honored?
A total of 100 creators will be honored across three categories: Community Influencer of the Year, Trader of the Year and Content Creator of the Year.

How do I nominate a creator?
Visit The Blockchain 100 event page during the nomination period and complete the nomination survey. You may nominate creators for different award categories through the nomination survey.
Can I nominate the same creator for multiple categories?
No. Each nomination can include the same creator for up to one category only.
Can I nominate myself?
Yes, self-nominations are accepted.
How can a nominee improve their chances of being shortlisted?
The more valid and diverse nominations a candidate receives, the higher their chances of being shortlisted. Encourage supporters, communities, and partners to submit nominations.
How can I check if my nomination is successful?
You will see a confirmation after you submit your nomination through the survey. If you don’t see the confirmation, please submit again. Unfortunately, we are unable to check nomination records manually if you do not have your Binance UID recorded when you submit your nomination.
What are the basic eligibility criteria for nominees?
All nominated creators must meet all of the following:
Primarily produce educational or inspirational content on finance-related topics (traditional finance and/or crypto);Have a public-facing identity with no major controversies;Must have an active account with fewer than five Binance Square violations in since 2026-01-01, and no bans on Binance Square during the event (2026-10-13 09:00 UTC to 2026-10-29 09:00 UTC) or on major social platforms (e.g. X, YouTube).
Are there additional requirements for specific categories?
Yes:
Community Influencer of the Year (must meet all of the following):
Follower count: at least 100,000 genuine followers on one major social media platform;Impact: content widely shared and discussed across the industry;Tenure: how long they have contributed to the industry.
Trader of the Year (must meet at least one):
A verifiable trading record on Binance or another platform (spot, futures, on-chain, or tradfi); ORRecognized and ranked top on Binance's smart money leaderboard, Binance Square leaderboard, lead trader leaderboard, etc.
Content Creator:
Must submit the nominated creator's most representative content piece for community voting and evaluation.
What is the selection process?
After nominations close, candidates will be evaluated based on multiple factors, including but not limited to:
The number and diversity of valid nominations (from online nominations or industry recommendations);Quantifiable influence, such as audience size (subscribers, followers);Engagement metrics, including views, likes, and shares;Industry impact, such as driving industry adoption, guiding public opinion, or promoting community development.
Shortlisted candidates will proceed to the community voting stage, and the final winners will be determined based on the voting results.

Who can vote?
Each Binance verified user can participate. You must be logged into a Binance account that has completed identity verification.
How many votes can I cast?
Each verified user can cast one vote per category or sub-category per day, with a maximum of five votes daily across all categories.
When do my votes refresh, and where can I check them?
Voting counts refresh daily at 00:00 (UTC). Remaining votes can be viewed on the event page
When do the daily rankings update?
There are 5 leaderboards, one for each category, showing the rankings of creators. Rankings update daily at 00:00 (UTC) on the event page. These rankings are for reference only and are not final.
When are the final results announced?
Final results will be confirmed and announced on 2026-10-29 at 09:00 (UTC) on the event page.
How can I generate a share link to my or any creator’s voting page?
Hover over the creator you want to share, click Share, and the generated share link will direct users to the creator’s profile when clicked.
Why can’t I vote?
Each Binance user who has completed KYC verification may cast up to 5 votes per day, with a limit of one vote per category per day. Votes refresh daily at 00:00 UTC. You can see the number of remaining votes on The Blockchain 100 page. You cannot vote in a category once you have no remaining votes for that category.
Also, participation is subject to eligibility based on the user's country or region of residence, or account status.
Why am I/my friends nominated but not on the list?
Not all creators nominated will be shortlisted for the community vote due to the high volume of nominations received. Candidates will be evaluated based on multiple factors, including but not limited to:
The number and diversity of valid nominations (from online submissions or industry recommendations);Quantifiable influence, such as audience size (subscribers, followers);Engagement metrics, including views, likes, and shares;Industry impact, such as driving adoption, shaping public opinion, or promoting community development.
If you do not see yourself in the community vote, it means you were not shortlisted based on the criteria above.
How can I check the full shortlisted candidates?
The full list of shortlisted candidates will be publicly available on October 19, 2026, on the event page when the Community Vote opens.

Final results will be confirmed and announced on October 29, 2026, at 9:00 UTC.
What do awardees receive?
All 100 winners will receive a physical trophy engraved with their name and award category.
In addition, the following 29 winners will be invited to attend Binance Blockchain Week 2026 in Bangkok and the offline awards ceremony:

After the announcement on October 29, 2026, at 9:00 UTC, Binance staff will reach out to you via push notifications or email to arrange your journey to Binance Blockchain Week or trophy delivery if you cannot attend in person.
Rules & Fairness
Can I use multiple accounts to vote?
No. Illegally bulk-registered accounts or sub-accounts are not eligible and will be removed at the end of the vote. Batch voting (casting multiple votes simultaneously) is considered invalid and will be removed daily as well as at the end of the voting period.
What are participants required to do?
Participants (voters, nominees, awardees) must cooperate with the organisers in a timely manner and comply with instructions as soon as reasonably possible. Failure to do so may result in disqualification or invalidation of votes.
Can I run a community giveaway to promote my nomination and gather votes?
Yes. You are allowed to run community giveaways to promote yourself during the campaign. However, the following will be considered violations of the campaign rules and may result in disqualification and/or removal of votes:
Use of illegally bulk-registered accounts or sub-accounts;Suspected use of bots or automated voting;Attacking or coordinating against other creators' communities.
This is consistent with the campaign's Terms and Conditions, which already invalidate bulk-registered accounts, batch voting, and any interference with Binance's program operation.

We have taken enforcement action against the accounts involved.
If you see suspicious content, please report it. Use the reporting option in the upper-right corner of the content to flag off-platform redirection, false or misleading claims, fraud, solicitation, or repeated spam. We will review reports and take appropriate action.
