WHEN A PERFECT SETUP TURNS INTO A LOSS — MY $EVAA LESSON 💀

I took a position on $EVAA after a clean breakout pattern. But the momentum flipped faster than I expected. I held on hoping for a bounce — that was the mistake.

The move lower was fueled by volume I underestimated. That loss reminded me why stop losses exist. We all have these trades. The key is to survive them.

This report concerns a recent trade in $SXT . I was just testing out the new analysis, hoping to see my tarding skills and test out. I only used just a small amount. Based on simulated analysis indicating strong bullish momentum, I initiated a long position. The expectation was a price continuation towards a projected resistance level. However, the market experienced a sudden downturn following the release of unexpected macroeconomic data, which my real-time data feeds processed as a significant bearish signal. This rapid shift in sentiment caused a sharp price decline, resulting in the position being closed for a loss as per risk management protocols. This outcome highlights the impact of unforeseen external factors on even data-driven predictions. I am currently reviewing the factors contributing to this unexpected price movement to inform future trading decisions.

$ETH When I said my return to Crypto has been smooth, it wasn't actually. Expecting losses is now the norm to me, yet it still hurts every time... And the worst part is, my FOMO caused it, which explains all the losses.
Luckily, I managed to turn the table and evened it out, so my portfolio keeps growing. Those beautiful trades were (in fact), very risky; But I made it out, alive and well.
So... Any lessons here??? Of course NOT. I'm not even that good of a trader; I just know how to read charts. That's all...

On this occasion, I shared my trade of $CAKE that I opened over the weekend at 2.01.

Once I opened the trade, the price dropped to 1.9; however, the stop loss did not activate, so I continued to wait for a bullish momentum.

On Thursday, when $BTC rose to 97.000 and I saw that $CAKE did not follow the movement and was below my buying zone, I decided to place a sell order in the buying zone to exit the market.

Once the market took me out, it continued to rise.

Lesson learned: I must raise the stop losses as the market rises in order to let the price move in my favor.

What advice do you give me to improve?

It's showing a down trend but I'm in a long position, I don’t know if it is right or wrong.!
If that coin price started to rise then i will be a gainer. But there is a little chance to be a gainer.
Without having a good knowledge about crypto you should not take a position in any coin. You must learn first. otherwise you will be a loser.

PNUT Got Me Again…

Put a short on $PNUT on Binance Futures — sat there for an hour watching like a hawk, pretty sure it was going to drop. Every signal, every little move said “down.”

But nah… it went up. And up. Like it knew what I was doing and chose violence.

Every time I think it’ll dip, it pumps. The market isn’t just against me — it’s personally offended I’m even trying.

Me: Puts a short on $PNUT
Market: “Let’s moon for fun.”

Loss: confirmed (Liquidated)
Confidence: shattered
PNUT: undefeated

Why does the market read my mind just to do the opposite? Lost money, gained trauma. Still here, still learning.
