The TRUTH about #Solana
Solana might look “cheap” on the chart, but price alone is misleading.
Solana is currently trading at about half of its previous all-time high price. Many people see this and assume it’s heavily undervalued.
Despite being at half the price, Solana’s market capitalization is nearly the same as before. Why?
Because there are significantly more SOL tokens in circulation now than during the last cycle.
Solana has a high inflation rate, with new tokens constantly entering circulation through staking rewards and emissions.
This means:
-More selling pressure over time
-Higher demand is required just to maintain price
-Price growth becomes harder compared to assets with lower inflation
Solana isn’t “cheap” just because the price is lower.
Without controlling inflation or massively increasing demand, price appreciation becomes a tougher battle.
