Are institutions really preparing to enter Bitcoin… or is the market inflating the claims? 👀

Ric Edelman’s statement drew a lot of attention after he said that 95% of institutions that do not yet hold Bitcoin or digital assets may make their first allocation this year.

The important point here isn’t just the number, but the reason: institutions are not only waiting for a better price—they’re also waiting for greater regulatory clarity, especially with talk about the CLARITY Act in the United States.

If this scenario plays out, it could mean that new institutional liquidity enters the market gradually, which may support Bitcoin in the medium term. But on the other hand, the statement doesn’t mean the money will arrive tomorrow, nor that the price will move immediately in the same direction.

The market often doesn’t move because of the news alone, but because of what happens after it:
Does trading volume increase?
Do strong inflows appear in Bitcoin products?
Are key levels breached steadily?
Or did the news simply come to support an already-existing wave of optimism?

A smart trader doesn’t chase the noise after it spreads—they watches whether price confirms the story or reveals it as nothing more than a liquidity trap. ⚖️

The most important question:
Do you think the market hasn’t priced in institutional entry yet, or is this kind of news often released after the move has already truly begun?
