Hold $DOGS or swap for $BNB ? What to do with micro-balances
Right now, the market is giving us a lot to think about, and I've got a question on my mind that’s probably bothering many small investors. What should we do with the tokens that came from giveaways or sit in our wallets as tiny amounts?
Take $DOGS, for example. The coin is super popular, there’s a lot of hype around it, but the current price makes you rethink things. On one hand, meme coins can pump at any moment by 100%+, if the wave hits just right. On the other hand, the risk of them crashing is just as high.
I’ve been thinking: wouldn’t it be safer to convert all this small balance (including satoshis $BTC and $ETH that are left after trading) into a solid fundamental coin — $BNB ?
The pros are obvious:
BNB is needed to participate in new Launchpools on Binance.
It’s a real asset of the exchange that supports the entire ecosystem.
Less clutter in the wallet.
But on the flip side, meme coins sometimes pull off miracles with pocket change.
How do you handle situations like this? Do you leave the small coins “to grow” hoping for a crazy x, or do you clean out your wallet and convert everything into a stable $BNB for long-term holding? What’s looking more promising right now? 👇
