When I mapped where BNB actually gets used during the CreatorPad task, the pattern was hard to miss: nearly every path ran through Binance itself. For BNB, the $BNB B token's demand looks less like a market and more like a set of doors that open from one side. Gas on BNB Chain, trading fee discounts, Launchpool access and Launchpad allocations all treat BNB as a pass that works because Binance accepts it. The one behavior that stayed with me was how the discount is designed: it rewards holding BNB for as long as you keep trading on the platform, so the utility and the reason to hold it come from the same source. Outside that loop, with @Bnbchain applications, the reason to hold seems to be paying fees, which is real usage but thin and easy to replace. I kept wondering whether that counts as demand or as a loyalty mechanism with a price attached. It may not matter while the exchange keeps growing, since the incentive and the asset move together. Still, I couldn't find a place in the flow where someone holds BNB with no reference to Binance at all. #BNB is useful, clearly, but I'm not sure what it does when the exchange isn't in the room.
