On the homepage, search for “Invitation Rewards,” tap “Users,” and check the invitation relationship shown below.
If it says you registered using a Super Rebate invitation code, but no rebate rate is displayed, then it’s no good: automatic rebates aren’t enabled, and you can’t link the account again.
