Bearish$W A sharp surge has appeared, and you can start shorting!!!
A lot of retail traders, seeing the price surge, blindly rush in to go long, imagining it can keep flying higher. Looking at the 4-hour candlestick chart, after the rally there is a very long upper wick. It was pushed up to 0.0314 and then knocked back down, and now it’s hovering around 0.0293. This wave rose too fast and too hard, so the short-term bulls have basically exhausted their strength. If it can’t push higher, that’s a bull trap, and those who chased in are stuck at the top.

And according to smart money data, the big whales on the long side are already making huge profits and sitting on a pile of gains. This is actually the most dangerous time: as soon as the price stops rising, these whales will take profits and run, and the sell-off will come down very fast. Also, in the last half hour, the whales have already started selling and quietly exiting. The short side, although temporarily at a loss, does not face large-scale liquidation pressure and won’t be forcibly pushed up.#wusdt
Also, this market cap is small to begin with, so it’s very easy for short-term capital to pump it up. Daily trading volume shot straight to 303 million, with a volume-driven explosive rally, but there are no substantial long-term positive fundamentals—it's purely emotional speculation.

On fundamentals, the total supply is 10 billion, with 6.6 billion in circulation, and there is still token unlock pressure ahead. Don’t be fooled by the old all-time high being very high; that was in the past and doesn’t mean it can keep rising now. In a sentiment-driven rally, once the hype fades, the price will fall back quickly.

My personal suggestion is to open a light short position now, with the first target at 0.025, strong support below at 0.022, and a stop loss above 0.031. Once the high is broken, don’t stubbornly hold the short. Small-cap coins are extremely volatile, leverage must be used with great caution, and be careful of wick spikes that trigger stop losses.
