Verify current data on Radar P2P
If you open the P2P traffic light today and see ₮1,022.40 on the buy side and ₮988.86 on the sell side, with a spread of ₮33.54 (3.39%), you’re looking at an aggregated price. The order book for that same date (October 10, 2026, 00:00 UTC) shows something different: the cheapest offer to buy USDT is ₮1,003 on other platforms, and the best buy order is ₮1,017 on other platforms, with a spread of ₮14.00 (1.38%) and an average price of ₮1,010.
Both figures are correct and can coexist. This tutorial explains why things like this happen and how to verify before accepting an offer.
📊 Why the P2P traffic light and the order book don’t show the same thing
The P2P traffic light publishes an aggregated quote: it summarizes many offers, payment methods, and banks in two figures. It helps you see the market range, but it isn’t meant for closing a specific trade.
The order book shows live orders, level by level and exchange by exchange. That’s why it distinguishes the platform, available amount, limits, and, when declared by the trader, the receiving bank. Its best ask (₮1.003) and best bid (₮1.017) are executable prices, not averages.
Essential context: the BCV reference rate is ₮876,7976. Compared with it, the aggregated buy reference implies a 16,61% premium. Spread, premium, and depth are three different things and should be considered separately.
📈 5-step verification checklist
🔎 Step 1. Confirm the receiving bank before accepting
Without a confirmed bank, there’s no peace of mind. In today’s data, Banesco leads with a score of 90 and an internal spread of 1,03% (average buy ₮1.016,90 / average sell ₮1.006,57); Pago Móvil has a score of 87 and 0,86%; Banco de Venezuela has a score of 45 (₮1.016,93 / ₮1.012,99); Provincial and BBVA show only the sell side, with an average of ₮1.012,87 and a score of 53.
Watch out for this: several order book levels on other platforms (₮1.012,50, ₮1.017,50, ₮1.018,98) have an empty bank list. If no bank is listed, you don’t know where your Pago Móvil payment will go.
💰 Step 2. Look at depth, not just the top line
The book lists 1.243.836,33 on the buy side compared with 146.213,81 on the sell side—a 78,96% imbalance. When the imbalance is this large, the side with fewer counterparties runs out quickly, and the next level may be much higher.
Example using today’s levels: the best ask at ₮1.003 has only 1.023,35 USDT; the one at ₮1.004 has 1.188,09; and the ones at ₮1.012 and ₮1.012,50 have just 459,73 and 179,74. If you plan to move 5.000 USDT, those first levels aren’t enough, and you’ll end up paying prices of ₮1.016 or more.
🛡️ Step 3. Check the minimum and maximum limits for each ad
A good price with a limit that doesn’t work for you is a bad price. Examples from the book: the ask at ₮1.018,98 requires a minimum of 1.652,92 USDT; the level at ₮1.017 on other platforms allows amounts from 11,36 to 5.080; the one at ₮1.003 ranges from 102,34 to 1.023,35. On the buy order side, the bid at ₮1.016 on Binance requires between 4.000 and 40.000 USDT.
Before messaging the trader, calculate your exact amount and compare it with the published range.
⚠️ Step 4. Check the ad’s liquidity and the health of the market
The traffic light shows a yellow status with a score of 69 (“moderate caution”). There are 258 active offers and the overall liquidity metric is high (95), but the depth metric drops to 45 and the spread metric to 20. In other words: there are plenty of offers, but not all of them are at a price that works for you.
On the ad side, check the trader’s reputation, completion rate, response time, and number of trades. A listing with a good price but little track record is a common trap.
🧭 Step 5. Compare it with an external reference before closing
Before sending the payment, compare: ₮1.022,40 (aggregated) against ₮1.003 (best real ask) against ₮876,7976 (BCV). These give you useful figures: 100 USDT ≈ ₮98.886,02 using the aggregated sell reference, and ₮1.000.000 ≈ 1.011,27 USDT using the buy reference. The day’s signal also reported a 2,10% difference between exchanges, reinforcing the same idea: the price depends on where you look.
