The framework takes effect on:

Initially, the framework covers:
โฟ Bitcoin
โฆ๏ธ Ethereum
And there are some important restrictions.
ETFs must maintain an average exposure of at least 80% to the underlying crypto asset.
They must also use SEC-regulated custodians.
Why does this matter?
Because crypto adoption isn't only about people buying coins directly anymore.
