In the futures market, look at the structure before discussing direction.

Until price speaks, keep leverage quiet.

Futures only care about three sets of numbers. Everything else is noise.

1. BTC 86262, 24h range 84925-86999, change +1.47%.
2. BTC open interest notional: $8.41 billion, 24h +0.67%
3. Account-wide long/short ratio: 1.01

My take: The funding rate at 0.0055% is near zero, and the long/short ratio is 1.01. Leverage hasn’t picked a side. If it hasn’t picked a side, don’t use high leverage to pick one for it.

Execution zones (based on current price ± structure, not an old chart):
- Momentum zone: only consider chasing after price holds above 86,952; without that, it’s a false breakout
- Buy on a pullback: 85,227-85,744; don’t buy if that level gives way
- No-trade zone: if the 1h candle closes below 84,709, I’m out of this trade

My position: I only trade pullbacks, not breakout chases. If the structure holds, I can keep a core position; any add-on must wait for the pullback zone.

Data: Binance spot 24h / Binance USDⓈ-M / Yahoo daily (5-day change). Missing figures are not filled in.
Would you place an order in the pullback zone, or wait for the candle to close?
