Children— they’re always in motion; they don’t sit in front of the TV, they don’t scroll through Instagram—at least that’s how it used to be. Now they’ve changed a bit, and we’re developing through play.

Imagine you wake up and you go for a run—that’s one world. There are runners. Big tennis—another world. Swimming—there are three worlds. Dancing—there are four worlds. As a child, you take new information from each world, and you become a child because you merge with new information. And for us, on the contrary, we need to interact with a large number of elements—then all our lives we’ll be children, playing.

What stops us is only our position, our responsibilities, our ego. If we’re above that and we understand it—then to be a child, you just need to be and do different things, extracting joy from them.

A state of joy is a child’s state with a clear mind. I believe a person should have a clear mind and joy—then they will be a child.
