#aistockswhatnext AI stocks are rising across the market, but I think the bigger question now is whether this growth can actually last.
Nvidia and other major AI companies continue to report strong demand and record-level revenue, while spending on chips, data centers and computing infrastructure keeps getting bigger. That tells me AI adoption is not just a short-term story anymore. Businesses are clearly willing to spend heavily to build AI capacity.
But there is a risk investors should not ignore.
At some point, huge AI spending has to translate into sustainable profits. If revenue growth slows while infrastructure costs remain extremely high, some AI valuations could come under pressure.
Government support is another important factor. The U.S. is increasingly treating AI as a strategic technology, which could support the sector for years through infrastructure investment and policy.
So I’m not looking only at whether AI stocks can rise further. I’m watching earnings, actual AI adoption, chip demand, data-center spending and the return companies generate from all this investment.
For me, the next AI trade is about separating real long-term growth from short-term excitement.
