🔐 BINANCE FOR BEGINNERS — LESSON 2

📱 HOW TO CREATE & SECURE YOUR BINANCE ACCOUNT
In Lesson 1, we learned what Binance, crypto, USDT, P2P and Spot Trading mean.
Today, we move to the first practical step: setting up your Binance account safely.
1️⃣ Download the Binance App
📱 Open your official app store and search for Binance.

⚠️ Make sure you download the official Binance app. Avoid unknown links or unofficial applications.

2️⃣ Create Your Account

Open Binance and select:

👉 Sign Up / Register

You may be asked to register using:

📧 Email
📱 Phone number

Create a strong and unique password.

3️⃣ Verify Your Email or Phone

Binance may send you a verification code.

Enter the code in the app to complete the verification step.

⚠️ Never give your verification code to another person.

4️⃣ Complete Identity Verification (KYC)

KYC means Know Your Customer.

Depending on your location and Binance requirements, you may be asked to provide:
🪪 Government-issued identification
🤳 Facial verification
📄 Other required information
Only provide your information through the official Binance app or website.

5️⃣ Secure Your Account 🔐

After creating your account:
✅ Use a strong password
✅ Enable 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication)
✅ Protect your email account
✅ Keep your recovery information private
✅ Check security notifications

🚫 Never share your password, OTP, 2FA code or recovery information.

⚠️ IMPORTANT

Binance will never need you to give your password or verification code to another person.

If someone contacts you claiming to be Binance support and asks for these details, be extremely cautious.
