Live: $SUI ~$1.02 (+6.4% 24h) vs $BTC ~$85.5k (+5.0%). It poked ~$1.08 then cooled. On a risk-on day, relative strength is a signal — chasing the spike is not.
My filter before size:
1) Prefer retest of strength, not the $1.08 wick
2) Does RS vs BTC hold into the next session?
3) Invalidate if it loses the ~$1.00 hold or underperforms BTC next full session
