Before buying bStock, it’s helpful to open the Proof of Collateral. Binance has a separate section for tokenized securities: this is not a general Proof of Reserves page for the exchange. It helps verify the disclosed collateral for the token based on the underlying asset.

Important detail in the FAQ: collateral information is published periodically and has limitations. It may not reflect real-time calculations, ongoing transactions, corporate events, taxes, fees, or rounding. Therefore, the number on the page should be read together with the date and the update methodology.

Practical check: find the required token in the official bStocks section, match the underlying asset with the available collateral data, and read the explanations for them. If the table did not load, an empty screen alone is not enough to assess the reserves.

Collateral confirmation does not guarantee the sale price or immediate liquidity. Separately, Binance states that SIPC and FDIC coverage does not extend to bStocks. Product terms and an understanding of the issuer’s risk are also needed for the decision.
