Seeing the “recycling” entry in the main city, you can understand it as an already launched feature entry; don’t directly imagine it as a complete formula manual.
What the resource pack confirms is: in the WOLD DOM main city, you can access the world, dungeons, inventory, farm, recycling, gacha, rankings, invitations, and other features. PC and mobile use the same main city map and interaction mode. Recycling is suitable to be introduced on the level of “an already opened entry.”
You also need to clarify the boundaries: the resources have not published the recycling formula, item list, consumption ratios, settlement details, or automation strategies. In promotional materials, talk about the entry and the scenarios, and don’t write unannounced rules as a tutorial.

WOLD currently refers to game account points and does not support充值 (top-ups) or提现 (cash withdrawal).
