An Indian immigrant was caught defecating next to a tree in Australia by a local who filmed him and posted it online. However, the Australian man was arrested by the Australian Federal Police on charges of using a telecommunications service to intimidate and harass, because he filmed and published a video of the Indian immigrant defecating in a public place.
Home Affairs Minister Tony Burke confirmed the news.
He believes: "In modern Australia, we have zero tolerance for racial hatred."
