Bullish🟡 Gold (XAUUSD) Analysis: Buying the Dip?
The charts are showing a sharp correction for Gold, but we're approaching a major interest zone. Here’s the setup I’m watching on the 1H timeframe:
The Strategy
The Zone: Price is diving toward a historical demand area (white box) around $4,510 - $4,520.
Entry: Looking for a long position if we get a bullish reaction in this zone.
Target (TP): Aiming for a recovery back to $4,635.
Risk (SL): Tight stop at $4,501.
💡 Why this zone?
In trading, "Demand Zones" are areas where buyers previously stepped in aggressively. Instead of catching a falling knife mid drop, we wait for the price to hit a "floor" where the risk-to-reward ratio is in our favor.
Trade Plan: Wait for a candle wick or reversal pattern within the box before jumping in. High volatility expected stay disciplined!
