If they are marked as paid and you haven't received the money, you open an appeal and attach a screenshot of your transactions where it shows that you still haven't received the money.

those scammers over AC are really powerful, a while ago one wanted to trick me with 50 USDT, marked it as paid and I never received the money, neither in a hurry nor trust should you fall for that. I didn't know where to report it.
