eCash ($XEC ) is a digital currency and blockchain network designed to provide payments from person to person (P2P) and electronic cash functions, as well as operational compatibility with other blockchain networks. The network is a version that carries a different brand from $BITCOIN Cash ABC, which is a fork of Bitcoin Cash, which in turn is a fork of Bitcoin, and it offers anonymous transactions, low transaction costs, and fast transaction verification.
Tokens #eCash are divided into "parts" designed to provide an easy-to-use alternative to the decimal satoshi parts that Bitcoin is divided into. One important difference between Bitcoin Cash and eCash is the integration of a consensus mechanism called Avalanche (not related to the Avalanche blockchain), which operates as an alternative to the proof-of-work (PoW) mechanism.
