Seker brings over 20 years of experience across the public sector, fintech, and blockchain, with deep expertise in legal, compliance, market access matters, and a strong record of leadership.

In his new role, Seker will oversee Binance’s regional operations, cultivate strategic partnerships, and drive market adoption across APAC. A core part of his mandate is to strengthen engagement with policymakers and regulators, further cementing Binance’s leadership in regulatory compliance within one of the world’s most dynamic crypto markets.

Seker brings more than two decades of cross-sector experience spanning public service, traditional finance, fintech, and digital assets. His leadership is grounded in a strong foundation in law, regulatory practice, compliance, and market access, essential skills to operate effectively across APAC’s varied jurisdictions.
Prior to joining Binance, Seker served as Senior Vice President at Crypto.com Group, where he oversaw global product development alongside legal and regulatory matters for APAC and MENASA. He has also held senior legal roles at Ant Group, Rothschild & Co, and Amicorp Group. Earlier in his career, he worked as a litigator in Australia before serving as a central banking lawyer at the Monetary Authority of Singapore. His experience provides a unique blend of public-sector insight and private-sector execution.
