If I had $500 to invest in $SPCX right now, I’d throw in $100 today, wait 30 days, and see if the post-IPO cooling brings the price down to $142, which is what analysts are projecting as the August low. If it does, I’ll add another $200, and then I’ll hold onto the remaining $200 for a potential dip below $135, which would bring SPCX back to its IPO price. This way, I end up with a lower average entry cost than anyone who bought on the first day. I own the same company with the same potential and paid less for it, just by being patient.
