I’ve been looking at the latest report from Strategy Inc, and it’s a mix of strong growth and huge losses—depending on how you see it.
What I’m Seeing
• Strategy now holds around 818,334 Bitcoin, which is about a 22% increase this year
• Their revenue hit $124.3 million, up nearly 12% compared to last year
• They’ve raised about $11.68 billion so far in 2026
But at the same time:
• They reported an unrealized loss of about $14.46 billion بسبب Bitcoin price swings
• Overall net loss for the quarter is around $12.54 billion
How I Understand It
To me, this loss is mostly on paper. They didn’t actually sell their Bitcoin at a loss—it’s just the market price moving up and down. When Bitcoin drops, the value of their holdings drops too, and that shows up as a loss in the report.
What They Still Hold
• Book value of their Bitcoin: about $61.81 billion
• Market value: around $64.14 billion
So overall, they’re still in profit on their holdings.
What I Think About Their Plan
From what they shared in the earnings call, they’re clearly not changing direction:
• Focus on increasing Bitcoin per share (BPS)
• Expanding STRC demand
• Reducing debt when the market allows
• Managing risk and leverage carefully
• Even selling Bitcoin if the timing is right
My Take
I think Strategy is fully committed to Bitcoin long-term. Short-term losses don’t seem to matter much to them—they’re playing a bigger game, and everything depends on where Bitcoin goes next.
