$PLUME has the narrative.

But the chart is not buying the story.

Yes, the bulls have headlines to wave around. EtherFi just allocated $25M to Plume’s Nest protocol, and Plume also pushed the KRW1 stablecoin angle for institutional RWA adoption. On paper, that sounds exactly like the kind of news that should light a fire under price. 

So why does the chart still look tired?

Because this is what weak markets do: they absorb good news and still fail to break out.

PLUME ran up, rolled over hard on the 4H, and now all I see is a weak bounce trying to survive under resistance. That is not bullish momentum. That is a damaged chart trying to look alive.

The bull case is obvious:
RWA narrative.
Institutional validation.
EtherFi capital.
Stablecoin expansion.

The bear case is even simpler:
if this news was truly enough, price would already be acting stronger.

Binance and CoinMarketCap still show PLUME around $0.011 with only about $58M–$59M market cap, and the token remains down meaningfully over the last 60 and 90 days. 

I’m bearish on $PLUME here.

Not because the story is bad.
Because the price action is weaker than the story.

And when that happens, late buyers usually become exit liquidity.
