#TRX Trade Review: So Close, Yet a Crucial Lesson! 📉
Let’s break down exactly what just happened with our
$TRX setup, team.
As you can see on the chart, we were inches away from completely smashing our Take Profit (TP). The momentum was there, the drop was playing out perfectly, but then we saw a sudden, aggressive reversal that ultimately hit our Stop Loss (SL).1
So, why did it reverse right at the finish line?
Take a really close look at the chart. Right where the price bounced, it tapped directly into a major EMA (Exponential Moving Average).
Khair, we don't stress over a hit SL; we learn from it. Here is the golden takeaway for all of us:
🚨 EMAs act as massive dynamic support and resistance. When a major EMA is sitting right on top of our target zone, there is always a high probability that the market will use it as a trampoline to reverse. The market respects these moving averages!
Our Lesson Moving Forward:
Next time we spot an EMA sitting right before our final target, we adjust. We either secure our profits before the EMA line, or we immediately trail our SL to entry so a sudden bounce doesn't catch us off guard.
A loss is only a loss if we don't take the lesson with it. Shake it off, update your charts, and let’s crush the next setup! 🚀💪
