🇺🇸 Eric Balchunas stated on social media that BlackRock has officially submitted to the U.S. SEC the prospectus (Form S-1) for the iShares Staked Ethereum Trust ETF. This will be its fourth cryptocurrency-related ETF product. Previously, BlackRock had already filed for spot Bitcoin ETFs, spot Ethereum ETFs, and a 'yield Bitcoin' ETF.
