I think the self certification allows it but I can’t find that chart anywhere. It looks official though. I have read that the CTFC is considering it though. There has been a problem in that crypto news clericals are actually using X posts and influencer videos as factual without checking for the original documentation. They’re just taking their word for it. I love Jake Claver’s content though. He has a channel on YouTube and he knows more about this than just about anyone. His lives are on Wednesdays
