Binance Blockchain Week (BBW) 2025 was held in Dubai, attracting many “heavyweights” in the crypto and Web3 industry such as Michael Saylor, Brad Garlinghouse (CEO Ripple), Lily Liu (from Solana Foundation), along with many startups, investors, developers, and builders worldwide. The event lasted for many days, expected to discuss the future of global digital asset Web3.
This is the second time the BBW event is held in Dubai. Previously, Binance also chose Dubai as an important “ecosystem”.

Binance recently officially appointed Yi He as Co-CEO, sharing leadership duties with Richard Teng. The decision was announced at BBW 2025.
