Binance has just appointed Yi He, co-founder and the person behind the exchange's development strategy, to the position of co-CEO (Co-CEO) alongside current CEO Richard Teng.

The combination of Teng (management, legal experience) and Yi He (strategy, product) will help Binance become more stable after legal issues and the transition period following CZ's departure.
