🔍 Bullish & Bearish Engulfing – When the candle engulfs all the indecision in the market!
✅ What are engulfing candles?
Engulfing candles are strong reversal candles, consisting of two consecutive candles, and appear at the end of a clear trend, signaling either a breakout or a collapse!
🟢 First: Bullish Engulfing candle
Appears at the end of a bearish trend
It consists of:
1. First small bearish candle
2. Then a large bullish candle that engulfs the body of the first one completely
📈 Strong signal of a potential rise
📌 Appears often at supports
🧠 Example:
A Bullish Engulfing candle appeared on the currency $ETH in the 4H timeframe after a correction, then it surged strongly +5% within 24 hours!
