5 APRIL IS OFF THE TABLE, BUT #SDK53 LOOKS VERY CLOSE NOW 🚨🔥

Quick update for the #LUNC community.

The 5 April 2026 target now out of reach, and the reason is procedural, not dramatic.

Terra Classic needs 7 full days of governance voting for upgrades like this.

That means all voting would need to finish by 4 April. For that to happen, the proposal needed to enter voting no later than Sunday 29 March.

Today is Tuesday 31 March, and there is still no live proposal yet.

So what is next? 👇

• If the proposal goes live today, the earliest realistic upgrade window shifts to around 8-10 April 2026

• Orbit Labs’ GitHub update two days ago strongly suggests the code is very close to ready

• The next key thing to watch is proposal timing, then validator voting, then deployment schedule

For me, this is still a constructive position. We may miss the first schedule, but we should get it done very soon.

The code side looks very close, and now the timeline depends on governance mechanics doing their part ⚙️
