They are dumping paper for physical assets. The real objective is to kill the dollar. Build parallel systems. Settle energy in local currencies. Anchor to commodities that can't be printed. When over 40% of the world's population ditches the dollar, demand collapses. The age of paper is over. Gold is the only alternative. This is the final decline of the dollar.
