FIO keeps trying to climb, but each step looks unsure. 0.01236 was a good attempt, but the rejection created a ceiling that still stands. The price is sitting just above 0.01200 — which is fine, but nothing special. You can almost feel that lack of urgency in the candles. Until FIO prints a clean higher-low and pushes through its ceiling, this is a chart best labeled as “neutral.” Not weak enough to dump. Not strong enough to chase.
