US Stocks & Tech Giants
The Mag 7 trade is no longer moving as one simple basket. Some tech giants still deserve premium valuations because they have real earnings power, strong cash flow, cloud growth, AI infrastructure, and global demand. But others may be trading more on hype than fundamentals.
For me, the real stalwarts are the companies that can convert AI excitement into actual revenue and margins. The pure hype names may still pump in the short term, but when earnings disappoint or rates stay higher for longer, weak valuations can break quickly.
The next phase of U.S. tech will reward quality, not noise.
