ARB bounce is still vulnerable

ARB is active, but the structure is still sitting under a fragile reclaim area. The short only works if price retests $0.1238-$0.1260 and fails to build acceptance above the local ceiling. If $0.1180 breaks, the nearest demand shelf turns into liquidity quickly. Above $0.1325, the reclaim is strong enough to invalidate the fade.
